Nikkola Mathews: Overcoming an Eating Disorder. EP 23

Nikkola Mathews joins us to talk about the incredible mental and physical challenges of overcoming a 15-year eating disorder and becoming an age group champion in the sport of triathlon. Nikkola hails from New Zealand and is the 2021 IRONMAN New Zealand Age Group first place champion. She placed fourth at IRONMAN Kona 2019 in the 35-29 age group and placed fourth at Elite Tauranga 2021.
